Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
Items returned after the 30-day window
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moremimarket@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at moremimarket@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
